DIRECTIONS

– Step 1: Prime eyelids with Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer and blend out using a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush.
– Step 2: Define crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place brush tip in the crease starting from outer corner lightly buffing to the inner corner in rainbow motion. Layer for colour intensity.
